Welcome to the Structure Before Funding™ Cohort hosted by SBC Solutions LLC. By registering for this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Purpose

The Structure Before Funding™ Cohort is an educational and training program designed to help participants understand business, nonprofit, church, and organizational readiness principles.

This program provides educational information, coaching, training, tools, templates, and resources intended to help participants strengthen their organizational structure before seeking funding opportunities.

Participation does not guarantee funding, grants, donations, investments, contracts, business success, nonprofit success, or any specific financial outcome.

2. Educational Purposes Only

All information provided through the cohort is for educational and informational purposes only.

SBC Solutions LLC, Sharon Youse Griffin, and any guest speakers do not provide legal, financial advisory, investment advisory, accounting, or tax advice through this program.

Participants should consult their own licensed professionals regarding legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial matters.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

Decisions made based on information presented

Implementing strategies discussed during the cohort

Maintaining accurate records

Following applicable federal, state, and local laws

Seeking professional advice when necessary

Results vary based on individual effort, implementation, circumstances, and organizational readiness.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the cohort, including but not limited to:

Workbooks

Worksheets

Checklists

Templates

Presentations

Training materials

Videos

Recordings

Graphics

Written content

are the intellectual property of SBC Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be:

Reproduced

Republished

Distributed

Sold

Shared

Modified

Used for commercial training purposes

without prior written permission from SBC Solutions LLC.

5. Session Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for educational and training purposes.

By participating, you consent to being recorded if you choose to speak, appear on camera, submit questions, or engage in discussions.

SBC Solutions LLC reserves the right to use recordings for educational purposes within its programs.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

Treat all participants respectfully

Maintain professionalism

Avoid disruptive behavior

Respect differing opinions

Refrain from solicitation or unauthorized promotion of products or services

SBC Solutions LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the learning environment.

No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

7. Confidentiality

Participants may share business, ministry, nonprofit, or personal information during discussions.

While participants are encouraged to respect confidentiality, SBC Solutions LLC cannot guarantee that information shared during group sessions will remain confidential.

Participants are encouraged to exercise discretion regarding information they choose to disclose.

8. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

Reliable internet access

Access to Zoom or other designated platforms

Appropriate devices and software needed to participate

SBC Solutions LLC is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end.

9. No Refund Policy

All registrations, tuition payments, deposits, and fees are non-refundable.

Because participants receive immediate access to intellectual property, educational content, planning resources, reserved seating, and program materials, no refunds will be issued for:

Missed sessions

Scheduling conflicts

Failure to attend

Failure to complete assignments

Change of business plans

Change of personal circumstances

By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

10. Earnings and Funding Disclaimer

SBC Solutions LLC does not guarantee:

Grants

Donor-Advised Fund recommendations

Investors

Loans

Donations

Sponsorships

Revenue increases

Business growth

Nonprofit funding

Funding decisions are made by independent third parties and are outside the control of SBC Solutions LLC.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBC Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in this program.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.

12. Agreement

By registering for the Structure Before Funding™ Cohort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
